About The Role

We’re seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Industrial Painter / Blaster to prepare and finish trailers and components to a high standard. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our products are durable, professional-looking, and ready to perform in the harshest conditions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Surface preparation including abrasive blasting and cleaning.
• Application of industrial coatings, primers, and topcoats using spray-painting equipment.
• Inspecting surfaces for defects and ensuring high-quality finish.
• Mixing and thinning paint according to specifications.
• Operating and maintaining spray guns, blasting equipment, and PPE.
• Adhering to safety policies and procedures at all times.

What We’re Looking For

• Relevant Trade Qualifications.
• Proven experience in industrial spray painting and/or abrasive blasting.
• Knowledge of paint systems and application techniques.
• Ability to follow work instructions and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Good physical fitness and a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to work in a team and meet production deadlines.
