About The Role

As the Production Manager at Byrne Trailers, you will provide leadership and day-to-day operational support to our production line, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality standards are upheld. You’ll play a key role in maintaining production schedules, driving team performance, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supervise and support the production team, promoting a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Ensure production timelines and quality standards are consistently met.
  • Provide effective troubleshooting and on-the-ground problem solving.
  • Lead with a professional, hands-on approach, encouraging open communication and staff morale.
  • Coordinate and prioritise daily activities to meet project deadlines and customer expectations.

 

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications & Experience

  • Trade Certificate in Welding (essential).
  • Proven supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Current driver’s licence.
