About The Role

As a Section Leader, you will play a vital role in managing and overseeing a team of production workers, ensuring the efficient and high-quality manufacturing of our industry-leading trailers. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity to take the next step in your career within the manufacturing industry.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day operations within your section to meet daily and weekly production targets.
• Monitor product quality and provide feedback and guidance to improve processes and outputs.
• Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followed by the team.
• Assist with the training and development of team members, helping them develop new skills.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and communicate recommendations to management.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure the smooth flow of operations.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation as required.
• Conduct tool box talks, safety checks, and performance reviews.
• Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and support to team members.
